Cancellation and Modification Policy
o cancel or modify your reservation, please email us at reserve@hi-pev.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental start time. Written requests via email are required for any and all changes.

Your request will be processed free of charge if cancellation or modification requests are received at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation time.

A $25 fee will apply if cancellation or modification requests are received withinin 24 hours before the start of your reservation time.

If cancellation or modification requests are received after the start time of your reservation, you will be charged:

A full day’s rental fee for all equipments and add-ons in your order.

Delivery fee is non-refundable if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation.
Late Returns
If you do not return on time in entirety (every piece of equipment and add-ons), you will be charged on a one-day rental basis for every 24 hours after the end of your reservation.
Extensions
To extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before the return time of your reservation. Any extension request received after such time, will not be acomodated, will require a new booking through our official channels.
